▪Check-out: By 12:00 PM (noon).
▪Early Check-in: Available for an additional fee of ₦10,000 per hour, subject to prior arrangement and availability.
▪Late Check-out: A 30-minute grace period may be allowed. After this period, a late check-out fee of ₦10,000 per hour applies. Guests should arrange late check-out in advance.
▪Smoking: Smoking is permitted only in designated areas, including the backyard, balcony, or toilet, as specified by the host. Smoking elsewhere may result in additional cleaning charges, damage charges, or forfeiture of the security deposit.
▪Pets: Pets are not allowed.
▪Parties and Events: Parties, gatherings, and events require prior approval from the host.
▪Children: Children are welcome.
▪Occupancy: The maximum occupancy recorded for this apartment is five guests. Any additional guests or visitors must be arranged with the host in advance. Additional charges may apply.
▪Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of ₦50,000 is payable alongside your booking payment. The host will refund the deposit within 24 hours after checkout, provided there is no damage, loss, or breach of the house rules. Applicable deductions may be made for violations or damage.
▪Decorations: Hanging, sticking, pasting, or attaching decorations to walls or ceilings is not permitted without authorisation. Violations may result in additional charges to cover repairs or damage.
▪Furniture: Moving or repositioning furniture is not permitted.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking will incur a 10% cancellation fee, provided the scheduled check-in date is at least 14 days away. Cancellations made 7–13 days before the scheduled check-in date are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled check-in date are non-refundable.
